Originally, Villain, but given the PCs' power level, I think it's more of an Adversary.

    • Major Snag: Only works once per person per day. (-2)
    • Snag (0) Adds +2 to damage, but cannot take someone out. Instead, it inflicts a two-tier weakness on all actions. Actions starting at Mundane are at -4. Actions that go one tier below Mundane are at -2.

  • Gift: Equipment: Rugged: +3 armor mental because this is a supernatural critter -- I'm the one you're supposed to be afraid of, not the other way around.
