Music of the Spheres: (Emotion Control, Sonic Powers, Heightened Senses and Heightened Expertise) Ode Voxis was trained by the Space Monks of Cosmic Harmony in producing emotion music.
- He can generate Level +2 emotional states. He started with Calm, Collaborate [‘summon building montage], and added Rage and Meditate [place himself and willing subject in trance to rapidly share information].
- If he wants to, these states can enhance or drain someone’s emotional energy, letting him restore or reduce the target’s Power by 1d12 points.
- His hearing is attuned to the music of the spheres, which means he has triple normal detects to hear the emotional state in people’s speech (which helps to detect deception), to track sources of extreme emotion or to hear the work of the Space Monks of Cosmic Entropy.
- This power attacks as Emotion Control +4, and has a Power Requirement of 8 per use if he is targeting a group, or 8 per success if he is targeting a single person. There is no cost for the heightened senses.
Special Requirement: Ode must be able to generate music via song or instrument to be able to use his non-sensory powers. The target must be able to hear him, but doesn’t need to share a language (Animals get the Cha+ defense line).
