Flame Breath: (Flame Powers) Jandar Cee is a Singoergi, a race that breathes fire. She has a Flame Powers defense against fire, and can parry incoming attacks with flame blasts at the cost of 1 action per turn. Otherwise, yeah, fire breath.
Combat Training: (Heightened Attack) while she’s much more a party girl than a combat monster, Jandar comes from a warrior race. Any attacks with Medieval Weapons or her Flame do +1d6 damage.
Low Self Control: Singeorgi have extreme fight or flight reflexes. Their response is almost always to breath fire on something if panicked or startled, and then do it again if it turns out to have been a threat. Unless Jandar is on her daily medication to stabilize this condition, she must save on d20 vs. Charisma when startled to not breathe fire on something.
